All prices, service duration, and team size are determined after an on-site visit. Any estimates provided prior to the visit are non-binding and subject to change based on the actual condition and size of the space.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

6. Safety and Property Care

We take reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from unstable, fragile, or improperly installed items.

7. Payments

Payment terms, accepted methods, and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of service confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability shall be limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
